Nina brings over ten years of experience working in the customer service industry supporting different brands such as General Motors, Uber, Verizon, Canon Australia and Elsevier Australia. Prior to joining Storage Point Capital, she was a Lead Manager for a Florida-based real estate firm investing in residential properties.
Her strengths lean towards customer relations - offering solutions and improving customer experience. Her exposure to Training and Quality Assurance in the Shared-Services Industry has also led her to become a Lean Six Sigma Yellowbelt certified practitioner. This has provided her with the basics of process improvement in which she has documented new and old processes and worked with her team members in projects aimed for process optimization and calibration.
Nina actively assists Storage Point Capital's Executive Team in administrative tasks and works closely with the Acquisitions Analyst in data input for potential deals.
